Putting in the Neck:
Hello all... A good morning to you! I like to get up early and start work in the shop. I love to watch the beautiful sunrise outside my shop door.. It makes me think of Proverbs 4:18...
Well, progress is coming along just fine on the violin I am working on.. The neck is now glued in. Everything is starting to take shape.
I glue the violin neck in first thing in the morning. It takes a lot of concentration to make sure all the angles are right.
Glueing the Neck
I'll spend the next day or two finishing out the edges and shaping the neck. Meanwhile, I will prepare the varnish, so it will be ready when it is time for that process.
Enjoy your week! I will write again soon..
